Abstract

A study was performed to get some information about the parents' attitudes regarding immunization and immunization record. Five hundred and ninety nine parents who visited to well baby clinics in 4 affiliated hospitals of Soonchunhyang University
were
randomly selected and requested to fill up the questionnaire.
@ES The results were as follows:
@EN 1. A majority of respondants(83.5%) to questionnaires brought the immunization record with their children when immunization.
